What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the details you type: your name, email address, optional phone number and company, the practice area you select, and your message. The form also sends technical values used purely for spam protection (a timing value, a small arithmetic check and the page address you wrote from). Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
What we use it for
One thing: responding to your inquiry and, if you engage us, handling your matter. Contact-form messages are delivered by email to info@proxario.com.do and retained for as long as needed to deal with your inquiry or any engagement that follows. We do not use your details for advertising, we do not add you to mailing lists you didn’t ask for, and we do not sell or rent personal data — ever.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets only a short-lived session cookie used by our spam rate-limiting, which expires when you close your browser. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics by default. Fonts are served from our own server — your browser makes no third-party font requests.
Sharing
Your data is seen by the people who need it to answer you, and by the service providers that make the site run (our hosting and email providers, acting as processors). If the optional Cloudflare Turnstile check on our form is enabled in the future, Cloudflare would process the verification. We disclose information when the law genuinely requires it — and then only what is required.
Discretion from the first message
We treat everything you send us with professional discretion from the very first message; formal engagements are simply confirmed in writing before work begins. If your matter is especially sensitive, say so — we’ll arrange a call instead.
Your choices
Want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email info@proxario.com.do and we’ll handle it. You can also simply call or WhatsApp us at +1 (809) 673-7799 instead of using the form at all.

Tools & processing on this site
Session cookie. A single first-party cookie (PXSESS) supports form security (anti-forgery tokens). It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Security logs. The contact pipeline keeps minimal security logs (event type and a salted hash of the IP address). Message content is never written to logs.
Form submissions. What you submit is emailed to the firm so we can respond, together with basic context such as the page you came from and, where present, campaign tags from the link you clicked.
Human verification. The form uses a built-in server-signed check. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes the verification token and related technical data under its own terms.
Email delivery. Messages are delivered via our hosting provider’s mail service or, when configured, an authenticated SMTP provider.
Analytics. No analytics or advertising trackers are active on this site today. If we enable a measurement tool in the future, this policy will be updated first.
Retention. Retention periods for inquiries are being finalized; until then, messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your matter and our professional obligations.
